Our clients have their own on-line shop and wanted to automate
the maintenance of their supplier’s price and availability
details rather than having to do this manually.
Procurement Manager logs on to the supplier’s website,
downloads the latest products and availability files, updates
the client’s own products and availability tables
before transferring the selected items details to the on-line
shop. The prices are updated every day while the availability
is updated every hour.
Other facilities include the ability to select individual
items or entire categories and category mark up for the
calculating of individual item’s retail price. New
items can also be added automatically if they are of a specific
category.
