and wanted a system to automate as much of the testing sequence
as possible. They offer their customers a comprehensive
range of hundreds of different tests that they can perform
on textile and other material samples.
JobReg provides facilities to register
jobs, prints test templates, tracks jobs through their testing
sequence, logs any problems and automates the creation of
the customer’s final results report. It also provides
facilities to register customers, retailers, employees,
specifications and individual tests. All the input forms
are individually password controlled enabling complete control
over who gets in to what.
JobReg logs the date/time the job was registered, the date
required by, the date/time each test was prepared/tested
and by whom as well as the date/time a job was reported
and invoiced.
Powerful management reports (available from within all departments)
provide staff with detailed information on everything from
individual job histories to how many jobs are outstanding,
overdue, cancelled or on hold. These reports enable staff
to identify any potential problems and process customer’s
telephone enquiries quickly and efficiently.
